Exhausted. Foggy. Wired but tired.
And your tests keep coming back “normal”?

Exhausted. Foggy. Wired but tired.
And your tests keep coming back “normal”?

This is for you if:

  • You feel tired no matter how much you sleep
  • Feel tired all day but then can’t sleep at night
  • Wake unrefreshed or crash mid-afternoon
  • Rely on caffeine to get through the day
  • Struggle with brain fog, poor focus, or low motivation
  • You’re sick of having “normal” blood tests and still feeling unwell
  • Suspect hormones, gut health or nutrients are involved
  • Want answers beyond “you’re just stressed”
  • Feel deep down that something is being missed
  • Worry that you’re are being short tempered and irritable

What’s Really Going On

Fatigue is rarely caused by just one thing.

It’s often the result of multiple systems under pressure at once.

The real drivers may include:

  • Blood sugar instability causing energy crashes
  • Gut issues affecting nutrient absorption and inflammation
  • Poor sleep quality and nervous system dysregulation
  • Hormone shifts (especially in women 35–55)
  • Low iron, B12, magnesium, zinc, or protein intake
  • High inflammation or immune activation
  • Histamine overload creating sleep and nervous system issues
  • Thyroid dysfunction or poor adrenal resilience
  • Burnout from prolonged stress and over-functioning

The goal isn’t to “boost energy.”

It’s to understand why your body can’t create it properly in the first place.

HOW KATE WORKS

I take a root-cause approach, not guesswork.

We look at the bigger picture and use targeted testing where needed to understand what’s actually driving your fatigue.

This may include:

  • Comprehensive health history + symptom mapping
  • Functional pathology review
  • Iron studies, B12, folate, thyroid, insulin, inflammation markers
  • Gut testing where digestion is part of the picture
  • Histamine, nutrient, and methylation support where relevant
  • Nervous system and stress load assessment
  • Hormone patterns and perimenopause considerations
  • Practical food, sleep, and recovery strategies that actually fit real life

No overwhelm. No endless supplements.

Just a clear plan based on what your body is showing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I so tired if my blood tests are normal?2026-05-15T02:58:29+00:00

Standard testing often misses functional issues like blood sugar instability, poor nutrient status, gut dysfunction, nervous system overload, and early hormone shifts.

“Normal” doesn’t always mean optimal.

Do I need functional testing?2026-05-15T02:58:52+00:00

Not always.

Sometimes existing blood work tells us a lot. If further testing is needed, I’ll explain exactly why and prioritise what’s most useful.

Is this just stress?2026-05-15T02:59:39+00:00

Sometimes stress is part of it, but usually not the whole story. You might be feeling stressed because you’re fatigued, and not the other way around.

We look at what stress has impacted: hormones, sleep, digestion, blood sugar, inflammation, and recovery capacity.

Can you help if I’ve been tired for years?2026-05-15T03:00:02+00:00

Yes, especially if you’ve tried many things and still feel stuck.

Long-term fatigue usually needs investigation, not another generic supplement protocol.

Do you work with burnout and perimenopause fatigue?2026-05-15T03:00:36+00:00

Absolutely.

Many clients come in with a mix of nervous system burnout, hormone shifts, poor recovery, and chronic stress patterns.

That overlap is common.

Client Results

After struggling with Long COVID & subsequent chronic fatigue Kate’s help & advice has been a game changer for me. She was the first health professional to really explain my blood results clearly & helped me understand what was going on in my body & why.

All the other health professionals I have subsequently seen have commended me on what great advice I’ve already been given by my Naturopath. I feel very lucky to have found her whilst dealing with this chronic condition.

Ready to Stop Guessing?

You do not need to keep pushing through exhaustion. In fact, you might be making things worse by even trying to.

Let’s work out what your body is trying to tell you and create a plan that actually helps.
