This appointment is for you if you haven’t completed functional testing yet and want clarity on where to start.

It’s ideal for you:

  • feel overwhelmed and unsure what’s driving your symptoms
  • suspect gut, hormone, fatigue, inflammation, histamine, or metabolic issues
  • want a strategic plan rather than trial-and-error supplements
  • are looking for the right testing pathway (if needed)
  • want practitioner guidance before investing in testing

What Happens

We begin with a detailed review of your health history, symptoms, patterns, and priorities.

From there, we identify what’s really causing your symptoms and decide:

This may include:

  • what testing is most useful (if any)
  • what can be improved immediately without waiting for results
  • where to focus first for the biggest impact

This may include discussion around microbiome testing such as Microba, SmartDNA testing, DUTCH hormone testing, nutrient levels, and digestive investigations such as SIBO depending on your case.

If you already have extensive results you’d like reviewed, the Initial Review Consultation may be the better fit.
