You will complete a detailed form outlining your current concerns, your full medical history, diet and lifestyle, plus your family medical history.

During the consultation, we interpret your fexisting test results, identify underlying causes, and create a practical treatment plan based on your unique case.

It is always my goal to avoid diet restrictions as much as possible, and keep supplements to the essentials. I work methodically and focus on going at a speed which you’re comfortable with.
