We begin with a detailed review of your health history, symptoms, patterns, and priorities.

From there, we identify what’s really causing your symptoms and decide:

  • what testing is most useful (if any)
  • what can be improved immediately without waiting for results
  • where to focus first for the biggest impact

This may include discussion around microbiome testing such as Microba, SmartDNA testing, DUTCH hormone testing, nutrient levels, and digestive investigations such as SIBO depending on your case.

Can I book this if I already have lots of test results?

If you already have extensive results you’d like reviewed, the Initial Review Consultation may be the better fit.
